Matt had today off and we took full advantage of the beautiful weather. We enjoyed a perfectly beautiful day together in our own little world. Here is a a series of pictures to sum up our day...

So we have learned a few things about mojitos....
1. you need white rum
2. make your own mint infused simple sugar. 1 cup sugar to 1cup water ratio
3. Don't be afraid to experiment with fruits
4. The lime and mint leaves is a must
5. Finish it off with a splash of club soda and enjoy
